Shipping Policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed.

Delivery sitenite ships Australia-wide. Estimated delivery time is 10–13 business days from the date of dispatch.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. You can also track your order via the link in your confirmation email.

Delays Occasionally delays can occur due to customs or high demand periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us at hello@sitenite.com.au and we'll investigate immediately.

Lost or missing orders If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us at hello@sitenite.com.au within 7 days and we'll resolve it.
